Annapurna

In 2019 Karina crowdfunded a month long trip to Nepal where she worked alongside the charity Raksha Nepal, who rescue young girls from abusive backgrounds, giving them security, education and a future. Karina spent 3 weeks trekking around the Annapurna Circuit, much at high altitude, sketchbook in hand to create works for those that supported the trip upon her return.
